Secomak VS1 (with pictures)

Can anyone tell me anything about this? Looks like a gp1 with 2 bolts on the back and is 6volt... I'm pretty sure its vehicular because of this, but it doesnt have any particular housing to lead you to think its vehicular...
Are these common?

Hmm, sounds like a really old (WWII or prior) vehicular siren from the UK. Not sure what to say without any pics though, do you have any?

I emailed Klaxon (or whatever the company is now) with pictures... they said they showed them around to everyone there, even people whod been there over 20 years, and no one remembered anything like it, nor are there any records

Since no one is even willing to comment on this could someone recommend a site or place I could try instead?
