You need to make it a brake solinoid so you could do yelp

Long-term plan is to get a damper assembly from a Fedelcode 5 and adapt it to the intake. Plus, as far as I'm aware, the pulse/ Yelp feature was only on the electric versions. But I may be mistaken, I might check with Mr biersach on this.

Pictures of wiring got done today. The repro cloth covered wire looks great IMHO.

Quick update

Check has been sent to Mike at WSS. 1st gen Allertor projector assembly should be here in about a week or so.

Went to Engines Service and bought a brand new fuel pump for the VF4. I wasn't able to get the pump to prime. Took it apart and found the 70 year old diaphragm crusty, and old gasoline deposits caked inside. Will get that installed in the next few days
Also got some tips on adjusting the linkage on the governor from Phil at Engines Service. With his advice I should be able to get it ballpark.

I have both of the rotator belt covers riding around in my worktruck. Hoping to find time this week to get them media blasted.

I was able to figure out the Vbelt size for the rotator mech, if anyone needs the spec, both the belts ( with the OEM pullies installed) the belt size is A47

I can't wait to see this Gasoline Mobil Directo fully running one day! I bet it will sound amazing once it's fully running.
Random Texan from the panhandle.
I tend to record sirens in Amarillo. (Mostly 508s)
