3T22 with stuck damper?

It sounds like a stuck damper... yet at some times it sounds like a whole different siren.

It sounds like the high side damper is stuck closed.

Almost sounds like a Sentry at first.
That distinctive 3T22 sound is just itching to get through

Sounds like the sprng is off the 12 port side and it is flapping open and closed

Btw there is a blue Sterling siren along with a blue STH-10 but they can't be heard.

That is indeed a stuck damper on the top of the siren.
Probably a broken return spring.
