Oops. My bad. Sometimes I think Minnesota but say Wisconsin and visa versa. I do that with Mississippi and Alabama too for some reason.

I'm not convinced it's old. Susquehanna Power and Light (?) had a bunch of these installed recently (only to be immediately replaced by ASC Tempests after ATI failed to fulfill their contract). Forsyth County, GA also recently installed these.

Update: American Signal donates a portable T-121. They've been pretty good about this in the past like when they donated a T-121 to Siren, WI.
