Instoma AHV-2000D siren. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5ujITV1zGU . Something was wrong with this siren, it soundet too long and it stopped for sec in halfway of the test.

Sounds like it has a short in the wiring somewhere or the amp('s) powering it might be having issues. A lot of clipping and odd distortion in there.
