You'll have to make them yourself.
Just use cardboard.

You talking exact replica or are you just looking for anyold siren sound? You coulde get a Federal VG siren like I have that's 12 volt, small, light, and loud. It would work well.

Sometimes those old "doorstop alarms" appear in thrift stores and they have tiny, 3-volt sirens in them that are about 2" diameter. The sirens have 8 ports, though, so you might consider using these in a miniature T-128. Leo here is just for size comparison, but being a Maine Coon, he could probably fit it in his mouth (if he just didn't bolt whenever I sounded it!)

I was thinking of doing it with a Model 2, including making the individual exponential horn augmentors out of some light sheet metal. I could possibly get 110-115dbC doing that.
