After a few hours on MS Streets and Trips, and a lot of calling KDKsiren at home at late hours, I have finally compiled a very accurate and LARGE map of the Amarillo, TX OWS.

They have a great mix of sirens.

Key:
Yellow Dot = FS 2T22
Red Triangle = FS STL-10
Yellow Triangle= FS Thunderbolt
Yellow Tac= FS SD-10
Blue Tac= FS Modulator Series
Blue Dot= FS 2001SRN, -B, -130
Purple Square= ACA Cyclone
Purple Triangle= ACA Penetrator 15
Purple Tac= ACA Allertronic AL4000
Purple Dot= ACA Banshee

There are about 90 sirens in the system at this point. They are continually adding more. I can send you the raw MS S&T's file if you'd like, PM me. The link to this map is below the map.

Enjoy.

That is totally "Awesome" as Kyle just said! We are both looking at it and did you ever get it right! Even living here, it just looks amazing. There really is quite a mix. Great Job!!

That is quite... the large image. Pretty cool however that you've actually did a nice layout of the sirens on a large map. :)

Coolest system evurrr. It's physically impossible to hate a system with both Cyclones and SD-10s.

About how long did it take to create this map? Creating a map for Hamilton County, OH will definetly take longer since there are a lot more sirens and a little bit bigger variety! Currently, there's roughly about 185 sirens in Hamilton County, but it will go up to about 204 once the new ASC sirens get installed, and the variety will decrease.

This map took about 3-4 hours to create. This included finding the locations off another source, and then finding their exact locations on street view. To create the image I made, I had to take many screen shots of the maps, and then line them up and paste them into MS Paint. This took a about an hour on top of that.

the siren on Folson Rd near J Lee Milligan and the one at Highland Park ISD is a FS2001 model. I happen to to go by the one on Folsom Rd going to and from JLM

They just changed them both from Modulators to the 2001-130's about 2 weeks ago.

Why did they do that? Do they want better coverage over those areas?
