New Years Sirens

Sat Jan 01, 2011 1:23 am

I was wondering who is going to set-off their sirens at the stroke of midnight tonight?

I will be setting-off my model J for a 10 second blast or a few cycles of attack.

I MIGHT be able to get the Thunderbolt going tonight. But with my mom, no promises.

My parents are the same way, I can only sound it for like 5-10 seconds, plus it is only about 10 FT from their room.

Lots of orange extension cords could fix that problem.

I'll probably stick my Model L outside the garage door and let it run for a few seconds.

If I had a single phase rotator motor and a generator, I'd be able to fire up the head of my 1003 with the generator, and pull over the blower with my tiller engine. I'm not going to get around to a New Year's blast, but maybe a 4th of July blast.

I ran my model 2 110V for the full 3 mins on Attack at work
It's 3 stories up, and in an industrial area.

That Model 2 sounds absolutely horrifying!
