Re: ACA Hurricane locations help

The Hurricane was at the old Fire Station #3 at Jupiter Rd. & Bobbie Ln. before the station moved down the street to Jupiter Rd. & O'Henry. The Hurricane had already been removed.

Re: ACA Hurricane locations help

I've been searching up locations of ACA Hurricanes recently, and as I've been trying to find them on historical aerial views to try to find their exact locations, I can't find them. Re: Insane ACA P15 in College Springs IA

It's definitely punchy. This one and the Earlham one is the loudest P15's I've seen a video of. The slow windup is super cool!

Re: ACA Hurricane locations help

There are no Hurricanes standing in Garland, TX anywhere now. They were removed back in 2004 when Garland purchased an ATI siren system that has since been replaced with Whelen Vortex's that they currently have.

Re: What does "SWA" stand for?

It's stands for Severe Weather Awareness (Day/Week). That's usually the day where most states have their annual tornado drill and that can involve activating sirens. Thanks! I know it seems like a dumb question, but I actually didn't know. This topic probably be locked? No dumb questions here. You ...

Re: Madison County KY Siren Replacement & General History

That's funny because a city nearby me is doing the exact opposite. They're replacing a decade old system of T128's with Whelen's lol.
