Yesterday I went to an ACA P15 in College Springs IA with Alex L and Dylan S. It was by far the loudest P15 and probably loudest siren we have ever been too, even louder than Earlham Iowa P15. It originally came from the Fort Calhoun NPP In Nebraska but got repainted and put here. This thing has an astonishing 10 second windup and some serious echoes. Its also 50 feet tall which would make it carry for miles.

It's definitely punchy. This one and the Earlham one is the loudest P15's I've seen a video of. The slow windup is super cool!
