Since this topic got quite the nice bump, might as well note that much of Emporia is now either Modulators or 2001's as of mid-2010. :) One of these day's I'll go down there to record what a modulator sounds like in person. :? Which warning tone(s) do their Modulators use?? I am not sure, I've yet ...

I think 550 is a little to expensive around these parts.... The Siren removal services around here only ask around 300 to remove an old thunderbolt. Well, You have to think about the 1003's location. Its on top of a school. If it were to fall and crash through the roof and injure someone working do...
