Richmond CA refinery sirens. (Not my vid)

After Chevrons recent refine fire in Richmond I decided to look into the system. Found a test video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52_BKXTgp0Y
It looks like the system is mostly of Aca banshees and cyclones.

It could be a HOR, but on the HORs that I have seen the shroud over the rotors is the same height over the motor.

Was the Type B single head siren a smaller siren? Any way, I meant sirens that were used for larger applications, such as the 2t22, Model 5, etc. I'm sure the DC technology then wasn't as advanced as it is today.
