I was told it was only a portion of them that activated not all of them and I certainly did not hear anything at my house and there is one a few blocks away.

I didn't really get a good look at the chopper, but judging by the look of it, it took a pretty hard fall, I'd say the motor flew out, as it had damage too.

Storm Takes out one of Norman, OK's old SD-10's.

The storms that rolled through Oklahoma this past Monday night spawned tornadoes, flooding and damaging winds and also an earthquake happened to be in there somewhere. The airport and other businesses here in Norman took some pretty significant wind damage and so did one of the cities' still standin...
