Moore, Oklahoma Modulator 5020 with weird major third tone

Is it just me or does it sound like there are other sirens constantly winding down in the background throughout the video, or fire trucks going by? Weird.

Yeah, I hear that too. It sort of sounds like more mods doing wail.

You are hearing a ton of other Mods winding down, and one Mod doing pulsed wail. And a 2T22. I heard all of that, plus Norman's 2910's that were 10 minutes early, and to my surprise, 2001-130s, possibly Mustang's.

Sounds somewhat like a high-pitched Hurricane, which is barely different from that 17/22 ratio.

I said the same thing to Rhett, it wasn't Moore's 2001. It was at a G note and Moore's is at an F. That's the note comparison between the 130 and the DC. Plus, the one I heard was about 5-6 minutes before any Moore sirens went off. It was extremely faint but it was there. No one probably believes me.
