Congrats! When was that installed, early to mid 50's?

Siren was taken apart Top bearing Not good Bottom Bearing Sized
Broken Plastic brush cover, Field coil looks good Armature looks good Commutator Need turning. Deflector screws stuck need to grind them off. Feet bolt rusted need to cut the bolts off. Overall needs good cleaning and repainted. Is a 220Volt version The serial number does not tell the year made. Is branded Federal Sign And Signal. Underneath it says Formerly Federal Enterprise co.. Pole tag from where siren was on has a 1957 date on it.

I sent him a PM about one. the only way you can get one is if We energys working on the pole it is on and you ask them about it you can see the new pole in the picture. Thats why it took him 22 years.

I wanted to know if they were Single or dual tone and nastalgia it is a piece of City history from the Cold War Era.

Plus I like to work on something in bad shape and end up making it like new again.

More Pictures more done with the siren. Armature is getting turned and cut so it will be a month before I can put it back together

All the screws bolts and when I go to put it back together There will be at least 1 I will not be able to find
