At 9:49 in the clip Mary Zanakis of KHON is standing at Jefferson Elementary School while the Thunderbolt at nearby Waikiki Library is sounding.

It's sad, but yet good, that it was quoted towards the end that "the sirens were too loud". I say sad because they need to be that way to do their job, of course. what kind of siren coverage did Oahu have back during the 1994 one?
