They really did push up the RPM! It's at 790Hz now. That's 3950RPM. Not too high, but annoying.

Actually, I would enjoy seeing a 2001 struggle to such a frequency. :D Very cool.

I was amazed at the 2001 SRN-B reaching its sound level with (6.5) horsepower; I am just stunned at the 2001-130 creating its sound level with the same horsepower. Though I'm not generally excited by a 2001, I'd love to come across this thing!

hmmm I think they just uped the speed by 2, if there trying to obtain the worlds loudest siren they have to go up by 5 or more to get that title from american signal.
