4th of July Fireworks & Tornado Sirens

Sun Jul 08, 2012 8:42 pm

From Baxter/Brainerd MN. The area was put under a tornado warning during the firework show. Sirens go off about 0:25.

AS I heard it, that one xT22 performed extremely well. It took 4 or 5 of the 2001's to keep her from sounding as loud as she could've.

That's amazing, I don't know if I'm the only one that did this, but if you close your eyes during the vid. It sounds as war would. Especially with the sirens!

Very cool, I always worried about this happening when I was a little kid for some reason. I remember a tornado warning on one Fourth during the day, causing quite a stir, but the fireworks went on as planned. We were all outside at a friends' party, and my neighborhood's 500AT sent us all scurrying!

wonder if they were hand lighting. They seem pretty steady though as if it was electronic. Hell if it was electronic they could have said screw it and flipped all the switches at once lol. Instant massive grand finale!

That xT22 sounds like it's single phase.

See, this is where electronic, voice-capable sirens would work out best. :?
