What is the definition of rare in relation to a "Jail Bawr Thunderboat" (bad attempt at typing Southern twang)? I wouldn't consider them to be rare. Here in the next few years, if collectors don't grab a few of them, they will be though.

There aren't many sirens near me (I live in Tornado once-every-two-year land) and one of maybe 3 Thunderbolts within 10 miles of me is a jailbar. They can't be that rare.
