I'll go ahead and post Cory and I's videos now and edit the topic with the story and pics.

*EDIT with pics.

Cory wanted to hit Bixby again sometime soon...so today we decided to head out there and see if they would test. Well they did, and now we are the only two people with a CTI recording! 8) On the way back, we took the long route home from Stroud on Route 66, and I have a lot of pictures for you, some of newly discovered sirens that I am going to have to get out and record! Here are the pics.

Awesome video, and photos! Looks like the birthchild of a 2001 and P-15. That Stroud structure looks it could've been a Chrysler installation. Do you know if it was or not?
Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you're right.

Cory and I actually talked about this a lot today, and it has been mentioned before. I actually think it was but there is no way of knowing. That installation has the full setup. There's a little shack, don't know what it was used for but it's empty now, and there is also a cellar on the inside of the gate. We are going to see if we can dig up some history.

Great Video! All we need is a video of the Omni CTI.

Neat! That thing is cool. It has 12 ports, I presume?

I like the pictures too. But what is in the picture below the Thunderbeam photo? I can't identify it.

Yes, 12 ports. The one in Chandler? That is a Darley Champion, and it is actually being taken down soon.

Civil D; Believe me, we're working on it. 8)

That tower in which that P-10/15 is mounted on does look a little bit like a Chrysler tower, or a variant of one. Compare it to the one that the Cerro Negro Chrysler is mounted on:

The only difference is, that one looks to be made of steel, and the one in Stroud I'm pretty sure was made of wood. Cory mentioned that there's no way it would hold up a Chrysler. I don't know though, wood can wear out pretty easily.

It's the 2001's flimsy twin LOL. Cool video, I gotta say the CTI does look cooler than a 2001.

Flimsy would describe it. these things honestly look like crap, especially this one. But the fact that they are SO rare just gives them all the awesome points.

If only I could get my hands on one...I was so close one time. :(
