Reminds me of one of Columbus, Indiana's 2810's, by the Superstore. It is tipping the same angle as this Modulator.

Seen that Modulator plenty of times, never got a chance to snap a picture. The ones in Gainesville are leaning pretty good too. In Oakwood, there's a college with some DSA's I think, around the campus...Matter of fact, Oakwood has a Modulator that leans on the pole.
