Odd, it doesn't look like a Sterling to me. Either way, I'll try to get out there soon and find out what time they test (if they do).

Whoever designed that site should be taken out behind the datacenter and shot. Anyway, it doesn't really look like a sterling to me, either. Perhaps it's a Darley Champion or a Little Giant.

The Lancaster one is a GCS Model 5, it was on the old Armstrong World Tile Factory. The building was demolished in 2006 and the siren went with it, I tried my hardest to get ahold of the demo company but they didn't return my phone calls. The Volant siren is a GCS Model 2T, it is loud but not overly so.

I like the website he/she created EXCEPT for the fact once you click on a picture the site navigation goes away. Of course I am a fire truck nut, so that would explain. There is a picture of a black Penetrator siren shown under Braidwood behind thier firehouse also.

Actually it's a Fulton T-128. It replaced a Whelen 3016 that was about a half mile to the east by the McDonald's.

The top one might be a Federal Model B with a custom housing.
