Photo of siren in Mexico

Sun Sep 01, 2013 11:25 pm

These two gentlemen are rigging up a makeshift radio antenna on the siren tower at the fire station in Cajeme, Sonora, Mexico. Many Mexican fire stations use sirens, even in large cities, though they are not often called for structure fires because most Mexican houses and buildings are made of concrete or stone.

The siren looks like a model 3 or a Sireno model.

The siren looks bigger than a Model 3. It looks more like a Model 5/7 to me, but that's just my opinion.
My knowledge excels on the Federal Thunderbolt siren and SiraTone EOWS sirens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah that's a 5. The model 3 housing is rather dinky looking.
