Ok i was looking in the Siren Maps Section, went onto a map, went to where there were 3 sirens, but i discovered something weird, it looks like a cone of a FS 2001, so what is this?

That would be a vent.

If you are wondering what the thing on the wall is, its actually a vent. Not a siren. lol

It's a vent with some weird thing covering the fan motor.

That's most certainly a vent. I've seen more than a few in my area that look exactly like that.
