Huntsville to get Sentrys

Fri Oct 25, 2013 9:16 pm

According to the Sirens for Cities FB page, Huntsville, AL is due to get 6 new sentry 20V2Ts installed in the next few weeks. I hope to go over there and get some pictures of them, maybe a video of an installation.

According to Ed, they've already been shipped and are waiting to be installed. There will also be a Sentry 16v1T-B over at the Redstone Arsenal Gateway project near Gate 9. I'll be getting pictures myself. Maybe we should meet-up at one if possible?

Sure man, if you can get a date of installation or something along the lines, I'd love to.

All that I know is that they're going to be installed soon. They got shipped a week or two ago as I recall.

Huntsville did get their 20V's last week. We are waiting on approval for 2 or 3 of the new sites. Once that is done, we will schedule installation.

Even better. Power AND penetration do matter to forward-thinking EM directors! There's no escaping that low tone... It's sound carries comparatively well, even in the American South, where the air is nice and humid, making it very dense and the obstructions abound.
Still close enough to a Fed Sig 550AT to drive out on test day: First Friday in May - 7PM!
