I'm thinking 1941 also. Do you think if I called up Federal Signal and gave them the serial number they could look it up? I don't know if they would keep records that long. I know which city they came from. I bet if you look up the serial # on an online directory, it might pull up the mfr. date.
Do you know what city you got the Fedelcodes from? Perhaps if you asked the EMA director of that city, they may have the original sirens' info and installation records.
