Well, THAT seems... unnecessarily cruel to all involved. What, couldn't they even afford a single utility pole to mount it on so it wouldn't deafen the PC during tests?

As you mention, why could they not afford a utility pole, like elsewhere, but hey, the Scots are well known as savethrifts. :D
