ACA Howler.

Who knows what's going on with the Eden Prairie siren. There's been speculation here before. Logically it is just a rebuilt P-series with new parts, right on with Dillon's theory.

The T-128 was designed and built by Dale Moeller and Excel (XCel?) before he became affiliated with ASC. No way it was a prototype Tempest.

I thought Howlers looked like Penetrator's. Oh, well i learn something new every day. Thanks.

The Howlers have the horn of a Penetrator but have that rectangular back. They were quieter than the Ps. They had the internals of Screamers.

Here's a thread you will find useful:

As for the Eden Prairie siren, I forgot to add that's a single toned P-15 with a DC motor and rotator added for sure. That's why that siren dies when it gets turned on: those rotors were beasts and whatever is turning it is draining the batteries very, very quickly.

That's at least the most logical explanation.
