I think this siren is a Sterling:

Also, GCS sirens were made by a company called General City Services, but they are just Federal Signal Model 5 sirens in a custom housing from what I recall.

Thanks for the intel, Im sure people like you know what sirens are what, even the city of Castlewood doesn't know what it is they got it a 4 years ago to cover the sound end of the city.
