It would be tough to verify that since it is a tall building and even google maps is not very clear. Yes I have a youtube account, you have commented on my videos. If it were me, I would shoot for 7:30. They are pretty consistent with it. They could go earlier or later, but I have seen it done at 7:30 a few times. Not in several years though.

Yes it was I who found it. I really wish some one could contact someone who's in charge of maintenance and get the proper authority to get up there and see what it really is.
