Anything made by CTI. There is one SMR-15 known to exist in Bixby, OK. They had an SMO-15 but none have ever been found. There's also another omni model that only three are known to exist, and they're all in Okmulgee, OK.

Defiantly a Fedelcode model 10/20 or a Thunderbolt 2000!

has anyone ever located or seen evidence of another square-horn Hurricane? I mean, besides the one that someone here scored a couple years ago.

There was suposedly one in dundee mi. Never confirmed though and most likely scrapped years ago if there ever was. Everytime the topic comes up it gets locked though because some lil kid starts telling lies and it starts a flame war.

Lol. Lesson learned: don't talk about sirens on the siren board.

Back on topic..I'm surprised no one has mentioned the 550-AT yet. The 500 is also pretty rare but it's not like a "one-instance" thing.

There are two Hurricane 130's that come to mind, the one that Crazywarriorman used to own (from Centralia, Il.), and there was one in Baxter, Mn. that disappeared years ago. The 550AT is also pretty rare.

However, I know of more 550AT's than I do Hurricane 130's. Let's see...Calhan, Co. (still used); Sugar City, Co. (unknown status); Colorado Springs, Co. (replaced with an ATi IIRC); Newark, Nj. (disappeared when the building it stood on was demolished); and Charlotte, Nc. (missing one projector, still standing, unused).

There's also one in Nevada or California that is still used. One of the members over there posted a picture a few years ago. The Sugar City siren has a T-121 a block or so away now, but I think both are still used. The Manitou Springs siren was replaced with an E-Class and scrapped.

Federal Signal 500C and STH-10C, I think these are rare sirens.
