Plain and simple, no.
Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you're right.

Other than WSS, I really can't think of any others at this time. Jeb went down to one in Texas not too long ago.

I'm also thinking a good place to look would be a landfill, or other junk yard. Maybe even a metal salvage yard. Not all sirens go to just a dedicated siren junk yard, as they could be mixed in with other things. One could do some calling around to a city who recently removed a system and ask them where they went as well.

The only thing that I want to know is, where did this "graveyard" term come from when referring to a section of a city or business storage lot with old sirens piled up? Only thing that ever comes to mind whenever I read one of these posts is...

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but years ago, an ARS member named Geek1229 posted pictures of a siren graveyard at an "undisclosed location". There was a bit of everything there - mostly electromechanical stuff, but there were a few EOWS 612/812s and quite a few Whelen 3016s.

Unfortunately, those pictures were posted quite a while ago (around 2005 or 2006) and most of the old forum is gone for good, so the chances of seeing that place again are slim. I don't have even the slightest idea of where it could have been - but there was probably a reason why he didn't state the location.

There was one in Kankakee IL that I could not find. We spent a good 2 hours driving around in circles.
Upcoming recordings: undetermined
proud owner of 4 siren advertisements from the early to mid 1900's
