Looks like a Cooper. The horns are installed on the sides of the pole, and I think I see the WAVES logo on the front end of the horn.

Guess that means this siren is a SiBT-1500. Does it run in dual tone 415/425Hz?

Let me ask you this, is it in the States and if not where? It appears to be overseas, note the E57 siren below it in the last picture.

I have a feeling that photo was taken in an ex-ComBloc country. It has that overall look of one.
