Looks like a Cooper. The horns are installed on the sides of the pole, and I think I see the WAVES logo on the front end of the horn.

Guess that means this siren is a SiBT-1500. Does it run in dual tone 415/425Hz?

It appears to be overseas, note the E57 siren below it in the last picture.
