Every siren is different and most restorations have been done within the past 10 years. If you think about it, they really don't get used much either, so it is too early to ask those questions. I'm sure most of the veterans on here haven't had to deal with problems on restored ones because they fix most of the problems when they have them apart.t really looks good so far. A quick question though: How long will a refurbished T-bolt last on average before it malfunctions?
Not unless it replaced an existing siren that already had one, too expensive to buy one new. If one of these refurbs replaces an existing siren, it will (usually) have the existing controller setup re-installed with it. If it's a brand new installation, it will most likely get a shop-made controller/radio setup.Andys Live WX wrote:Do you upgrade most of them to FCs?
