Cushing, Oklahoma replacing there sirens

Sat Apr 26, 2014 1:01 am

I went to Cushing today to look at a 2001 that my mom had spotted. She found it the other day when she was going though Cushing on a work related trip. I took some photos and later I found out that they are replacing their sirens with 2 different types. They will be FS 2001's and FS Mods I am going to say FS Modulator 2. Now is it just me or is this a odd combination mechanical and rotating and electronic and omnidirectional? Right now Cushing has Mods, Sentry 3v8s, SD-10s, and a thunderbeam. I do not know what will happen to the current system.

It would love it if I could get a video of the thunderbeam before they take it down but I doubt it considering they test once a month on a random day and a random time.

What Ziginox is trying to say is that you used the wrong T-word in your title.

Oh I see! Did not realize I used the wrong one till someone pointed it out. I know the difference just wasn't think about it at the time.

It looks like they're using their posts to ask you to go up there and edit your title. There, I've said it.
