Can anyone explain to me what a port is? I always see people talking about it. Sorry I'm still a noob. :p

A port is an opening in the stator where the air gets forced through by the chopper. Stators have the same number of ports as the number of blades on a chopper.
The number of ports is what mostly determines the pitch of a mechanical siren.
