Phenix City's First Siren Install Found

Something I found while attempting to map the sirens in the county. I noticed that there was something mounted on the front of the controller and its antenna looked different from the rest of the Vortexes. After my trip from Lee County last week I had my grandfather drive over to the siren where i gave my camera a test to see how it does with pictures.







Same antenna as the 2001-130s have I believe.





Apparently the thing i seen mounted to the controller was a plaque.
