That would be a Toshiba. The Toshiba came in three or six horned configurations as well as ones with a blower outfitted. This would be a six horned model with no blower

I'd say that's a Sterling 3v8.

I have plans to go out there and look at it. I'll be able to get better pictures and see what it is. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a Type B.
