It looks like a Darley/Sterling 3V8 with a custom housing.

Also, there's a surprise on the ground next to the siren pole.

I almost want to say that is a Model 5 with a homemade "cover" judging by the motor shape and stator shape.

I'm pretty sure that's an STL-10.

The STL-10 would be the "surprise". He knows what that is. He was wondering about the siren on top of the pole.

Or a Model 3, doesn't seem quite large enough to be a 5 to me. Then again this is streetview...

Oh know I feel dumb, that was the one google pointed to. :oops: Now that I know which one y'all are talking about I would say the one on the tower is probably a custom Model 3.

That siren looks to be almost identical to the one seen in this video however the one mentioned here would be missing the second louver.
