Another Denver Siren? found, Lockhart TX

Sat Jul 05, 2014 11:46 pm

This one intrigues me. It has all the characteristics of a Denver siren, but no support legs for the front rotor

I wish there were better close up pictures. Anybody in the area that could get some?

I'm fairly certain that's a Denver. There is a similar one in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
Ripe old age of 26. I'm quite fond of alcohol and telephone relays.

The one Pollack filmed? I know. But any Denver siren I have seen has a support in front of the rotor, move around on Street View and you will see no support, I am almost wondering if this isn't a custom built siren of some kind.
