Some Random Siren Pictures from my trip up North (some rare)

Thu Jul 10, 2014 3:30 am

Hey everyone, I'm on vacation up north, and I've already covered more than 1,500 miles and seen a few rare sirens!

So, here are some pictures I took while I traveled several different places, and I just happened to run into or be near the following locations.

Toledo, Ohio:

South End H.O.R Super Sirex

Looks like that HOR has seen better days. Do you know if it is active?

Yeah, I'm sure it's had better days since it was installed. And sadly, like the one on Bush Street, this siren has been abandoned in place by the city and no longer used. And it's located in an area that ain't so friendly, so that explains why most of the building is bombed out. Thats why as soon as I got my pictures, I beat it out of town.

Lol, I never really noticed. Must've been gas powered at some point.

And why "Speak of the devil"? :|
