WPS 2910 in IL?

On Friday July 11th, my Dad took me to the DMV in Plano, IL to go get my permit. Shortly after I recieved the permit, we took off and I looked to the right and saw a Whelen, so, we stopped and I got a good picture. It's rated 129dB@100ft.
