Negative. There is no top/bottom rotor. It is one double sided one piece rotor. The stator is one piece as well.same concept as a Denver Siren. This is why some believed for a long time Denver was bought out by Decot, however Decot was using this design at the same time Hendrie and Bolthoff was producing the Denver Sirens.Captain Dynamite wrote:Cool sighting.
