Milwaukee WI ACA Hurricane running again

Ran across this video the other day from October 8th. The video owner and other rumors claim the blower was repaired and put back in, but right before the chopper winds down you can hear the blower abruptly losses speed. It almost sounds like it tried seizing up. I know before when all the other videos were made of it the blower would gradually lose speed over a period of 5 minutes. So they must not of fixed it completely. Maybe it's a motor issue, but you wouldn't think a motor would do that repeatably. At least they made it operable again.
