Probably the DPW handled the installation.

On a side note, I have an early "SHELTER AREA THIS WAY ->" sign that came from Elizabeth.
Ripe old age of 26. I'm quite fond of alcohol and telephone relays.

It is not a Decot Decot came out in 1922. not a Errick either as they came out in 1922. There really was no vertical sirens between 1894- 1910 vertical siren would have used Ball bearings on motors which in this time line were not in use or invented yet. sleeve bearings were used and could only be used on Horizontal motor as the bearings sat in oil that is why Federal and Sterling were horizontal sirens.
