Actually having had an altercation with the former chief of this department, I don't want to be there even if there is no call but that is for another topic LOL

Is that 3016 still there? Street view from August is showing a new-looking Model 2 on that mount...

Regardless, I would definitely agree with the part about not wanting to be there during a fire call.

I swear, you drag up some of the most unusual siren things on this board...

I feel the same way, but isn't it fun when I drag these things up? LOL

With those goofy asshats nothing would surprise me, it would appear that the 3016 at Hartstown has been removed and replaced with a Model 2 (bought off of Ebay one could only hope and assume LOL). The siren at the Atlantic station still appears to be a 3016, though with this place once again anything is possible. Note in Streetview the nice International/Saulsbury rescue truck that formerly served Conneaut Lake Fire Department is sitting out in the weeds, doing what all good trucks do when they go to Fallowfield... dying.

Here is another low mounted siren in the fine state of Pa, this time no fire truck pictured even! This siren sits at the bottom of a hill in Girardville, Pa, it is low in the picture but feels like it is much lower in person. It is used by both fire departments that serve Girardville and sits next to the Rangers Hose Company, I feel bad for people who live coming down the hill as it would be almost ear level with them!

I don't know if this was posted before, but this 5 at Camp Friedlander in Loveland is low.

Ha, it makes those people look tiny or the siren look much bigger than it really is!

Ok does this count? Here is Armagh's new siren and it's low mounted. Also it replaced an old Model 2. Sorry for the bad pics but I was also on the road as well.
