I think Whelen's close to giving ASC a run for their money on voice clarity with their new drivers. I'm sure federal has made advances on the modulator II but haven't heard one yet.

We will have to see if 2015 brings any new advances in sirens. I would have to say Whelen is an ideal siren for anyone looking for a siren capable of broadcasting voice messages. If my city ever does install a siren or two I would hope they go with Whelen.
