Very nice recording! Is it me, or does this siren have a slower wind down, similar to an ACA Cyclone 120?

Last Year the rotator was broken and it was spinning freely in the wind I sent them a email and than something unusual happened THEY FIXED IT! They also must have done some balancing on it as years ago the pole and the siren would rock back & Forth quite a bit.
