Wow those sirens sound close together. Maybe the 2001 is supposed to replace that beat looking Whelen?

2001 is city owned, 3016 is plant owned.

That 3016 doesn't sound too healthy. Either that, or it's just the echo that's messing with me.

That horn(s) are probably inside and around the actual processing facility. I did a quick search and it looks like they handle a lot of raw grain type materials which make a pretty fantastic boom display if they catch on fire. The main purpose of this system would probably be for a big fire, if I had to guess.
That would be my guess. The horns to me when I was at the test sounded like ambient "plant noise" to me, but upon closer inspection, it's sound does resemble a horn of some type. The voice could catch the plants attention very easily due to the raspiness, but could make it sound garbled at a distance. This siren was facing a slightly different direction prior to testing, so that could explain the strange windup.

It is hard to say; this was the only one on your map, but I could clearly make out another one after the first cycle of voice, and it was too late to be reverberation.

I believe there are at least 3. I have seen 2 in person. From the video it sounds like there are 3

I'm assuming this is the one you recorded.

There's another one about 2-3 blocks north as well. Not sure if there are any others.

Here's one with the 3016 and 2001 in the same frame just to show how close they are.

Thanks for the help! (The third link was actually the same one seen in the first)

Map is very outdated. Can't add new pinpoints since Google updated.
