Fedelcode/Federal Electric Model 1 Aquistion

Sun Sep 13, 2015 1:05 am

Last Wednesday I went up to Bethelem, GA with my mom to pick up this gem. If it looks familiar you’re not going crazy, this is the one that our Mr. Wise restored years ago. See the SIRENS-FOR-CITIES logo. It came out of Henry County and somehow made its way to Winder before the seller got it. Going off the tag, it's from 1928... old and LOUD. I was going to post pictures of it when I got it back to my mom's place, but my phone decided to corrupt the images. I'll have a video of it up soon.

Nice to finally get some good quality pics of this. Sucks that the case is a bit damaged, but it could be worse.
Down to a Thunderbolt chopper, still a few goofy flashlight-siren combos, and a Model L.

FINALLY! Some more pictures of that rarity! It does need a bit of love, but it is so cool to see it saved!

Didn't that one fry its bearing in the old test video?
